A stainless mixing kettle on a tilting yoke with a scraper stirrer, timer, speed control and a heater, so dense pastes, doughs and cooked fillings mix and cook without scorching. The hand-wheel tilts the drum to pour out the finished batch. Bowl capacity, heater rating and stirrer are made to your product.
