A polished stainless steel coating pan on a castored cabinet, with a spinning drum, hot-air blower and a digital temperature readout for chocolate panning, sugar coating and polishing dragees. The angled pan keeps the bed turning evenly, and heating and airflow are set from the front panel. Pan diameter and output are built to your batch size.
